Xinyan Weapons Build and Artifact Genshin Impact

Xinyan is able to provide normal and high charge attacks while being assisted by Pyro DMG from Elemental Skills and Burst. Therefore, using a weapon whose effect supports these matters takes priority:

Wolf's Gravestone (5✰): Increases base ATK by 20%. When attacking, attacks on enemies with HP less than 30% will increase all base ATK for party members by 40% for 12 seconds. This effect can only be active once every 30 seconds.

Skyward Pride (5✰): Increases all damage by 8%. After using Elemental Burst, then Normal or Charged Attack will then create a vacuum blade that causes 80% damage to enemies in its path. Lasts 20 seconds or 20 vacuum blade attacks.

Sacrificial Greatsword (4✰): After dealing damage to the enemy using Elemental Skills, Diluc's skill has a 40% chance to refresh its cooldown. This effect can only be triggered once every 30 seconds.

Rainslasher (4✰): Increases damage against enemies hit by Hydro or Electro by 20%.

Serpent Spine: Every 4 seconds a character is active, damage DMG increases by 6% and DMG taken increases by 3%. This effect can be stacked up to 5 times and will not disappear when changing characters. The stacks are reduced when the character is hit.

Prototype Aminus (4✰) - F2P: When attacking, Normal or Charged Attack has a 50% chance to inflict an additional 240% damage to enemies with a small area. Can only be triggered once every 15 seconds.

Given that Xinyan is a DPS character, her job is to deal the greatest possible damage. So, the focus of the Artifact status is:

Flower: HP;

Plume: ATK;

Timepiece: ATK%;

Goblet: Pyro DMG Bonus% or Physical DMG Bonus%;

Circlet: Crita Rate / DMG%, ATK%.

As for Artifact substrates, you can focus on Crit Rate%, Crit DMG%, ATK and ATK%.

Crimson Witch of Flame Set:

2 sets: Pyro damage bonus + 15%;

4 sets: Increases Overloaded and Burning damage by 40%. Increases Vaporize and Melt damage by 15%. Using Elemental Skills will increase the effect of these 2 sets of artifacts by 50% for 10 seconds. Maximum 3 stacks.

With the Crimson Witch of Flame 4 set, Xinyan relies on Pyro's DMG to attack the enemy. Elemental Burst Xinyan will be greatly affected by this set, considering the resulting Pyro DMG is huge.

Noblesse Oblige Set:

2 sets: Elemental Burst DMG + 20%;

4 sets: Using Elemental Burst will increase ATK for all party members by 20% for 12 seconds. This effect is non-stackable.

Most of Xinyang's Pyro DMG came from Elemental Burst. Because of that, Xinyang's Burst DMG who was already sick from the start will be even higher with this set. After using Xinyang's Elemental Burst, switch to another character to activate Noblesses' 20% ATK effect.

Gladiator's Finale + Bloodstained Chivalry Set:

2 sets: Increases ATK by 18%;

2 sets: Increases Physical DMG Bonus by 25%.

If you choose this set, Xinyan focuses on "white attack", aka Physical DMG from Normal and Charge Attack.

Noblesse Oblige Set:

2 sets: Elemental Burst DMG + 20%;

4 sets: Using Elemental Burst will increase ATK for all party members by 20% for 12 seconds. This effect is non-stackable.

Instructor Set:

2 sets: Elemental Mastery +80;

4 sets: After inflicting elemental reactions, increases all Elemental Mastery for all party members by 120 for 8 seconds.

The Exile Set:

2 sets: Energy Recharge + 20%;

4 sets: Using Elemental Burst will recover 2 Energy for all party members every 2 seconds for 6 seconds. This effect is non-stackable.
